Responsibilities;
· Setting up and operating Amada press brake
- Work from blueprints, route sheets and written instructions
- Make setup, or obtain assistance with complicated setups
- Inspect per specifications to ensure parts are in compliance with all quality and dimensional requirements
- Maintain setup and make minor adjustments when necessary, referring unusual problems or situations to manager
- Ensure quality of product through quantitively charting techniques such as statistical process control
- Use of variety of precision measuring devices and equipment
Qualifications:
· At least three years previous experience with Amada press brake
· Able to read and understand blueprints
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is $28.00 to $30.00 an hour based on experience
