What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that maximize equipment uptime.
- Partner with engineering and operations on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.
- Oversee utilities, energy management, and contractor performance.
- Champion reliability initiatives, 5S, and lean practices across the site.
- Manage budgets, optimize spare parts, and deliver measurable cost savings.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability leadership within a process-driven manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial systems and reliability methods.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence.
