Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4:1 patient ratio, every other weekend required, no on-call

Highlights:

• 23-bed Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit with a collaborative team of experienced RNs and support staff
• Manage complex patient populations including neuro, trauma, and chronic vent patients
• Advanced equipment including bedside monitors, end tidal CO2 monitoring, high flow oxygen, and subdural drains
• Experience with specialized procedures including chest tubes and EEGs
• EMR system: Meditech
• Flexible floating to all inpatient units including ICU and ED for well-rounded clinical exposure

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Telemetry experience (required)
• Step-down or progressive care experience (required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Neuro and trauma experience (strongly preferred)
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications (preferred)
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
