Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one before the start date
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to students requiring occupational therapy
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Implement therapeutic activities tailored to each student's needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
