Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday-Friday (8a-5p – with flexibility)
Placement Fee: $20,000
Salary: Based on MGMA Data
$285,000-310,000 (depending on experience) which includes Medical Director Stipend
WRVU bonus potential – paid out in salary of the following year. Once target is hit, 50%
payout of anything listed under the bill rate.
Quick Fill Bonus: $5,000
On-Call: No

Physician Workload
This position would be seeing patients in primary care settings in the Lancaster clinic
and overseeing approximately 50 providers in primary care, behavioral health and
outpatient medicine throughout the five clinics.
Payer mix – 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is “other”
Age distribution – pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area
Patients per day – Average 20-24 for full day office visits
28 hours direct patient care out of Lancaster office, 9 hours Med Dir admin hours, 3
practice admin hours
Hour Breakdown:
21.5 hours for direct patient care
2.5 admin
16 hours for the medical director

Must be COVID vaccinated
at least 2 years admin experience
