Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- State SLP License in your residing state (must be willing to also obtain VT state SLP license)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting preferred (clinical interview may be required)
- Proficient with technology; must pass a quick tech screening
- Access to a home computer with high-speed internet
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to K-12 students via teletherapy
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student needs
- Utilize digital tools and resources effectively during therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational standards
