Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- BLS certification required

Location:This position is located on the 3 West floor of a busy inpatient rehab unit in Rochester, NH. The unit comprises 19 beds, maintaining a staff-to-patient ratio of approximately 6:1. The team operates with a mix of RNs, CNAs, and sitters, providing high-quality care with access to modern equipment, including mechanical lifts and infusion pumps. Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients
- Manage IV therapies and perform wound care as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Meditech EMR
- Adhere to unit policies and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Participate in weekend shifts on an alternating schedule
