Position Overview:

• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

• Schedule: Variable shifts, including some evenings

• Hours: 40 hours/week - Full Time

• Setting: Retail/Outpatient Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pharmacy operations while ensuring regulatory pliance

• Manage budgets, payroll, inventory, and third-party administration

• Administer vaccines, provide MTM services, and promote public wellness programs

• Mentor and manage pharmacy support staff, drive accountability and growth

• Engage in business development and strengthen munity relationships

• Promote a clean, safe, and pliant environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Vermont Pharmacist License

• Immunization Certification

• fortable administering all vaccines

• Recent pharmacy manager experience
