Marcs Auto Service, a trusted name in roadside assistance and vehicle recovery, is growing! We are looking for motivated, dependable, and experienced Tow Truck Operators to join our strong and dedicated 27-member team. Position

Light-Duty Tow Truck Operator
(Flatbed & Wrecker positions available)

Heavy-Duty / Class A positions also available call for details.

Ideal candidates live in or near: Wareham, Bourne, or Pocasset.

Requirements Must Meet ALL

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have prior towing experience
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
• Ability to pass background checks, including CORI for State & Local Police
• Strong common sense & problem-solving skills
• Professional customer service & team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, year-round

This is a demanding industry but if you enjoy variety, challenges, and meaningful work, youll love being part of our team.

Schedule Options

• Full-Time & Part-Time openings
• Evening & Overnight shifts available
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift
• Work locations may include: Wareham, Pocasset, Middleboro

About the Work

• Motor club roadside calls
• Police-requested tows (accidents, violations, recoveries)
• Light & Medium Duty towing (non-CDL)
• Optional Heavy-Duty towing (CDL required)

We are expanding police rotation coverage. Drivers able to take a truck home are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Pay based on experience & certifications
• Hourly pay (day/evening shifts)
