Location: Kingston, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 20252026 School Year
Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time school-based position in Kingston, MA. This is a W2 contract opportunity for the full academic year, working with K12 students to help them access their education safely and effectively through individualized therapy.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of physical and developmental needs

Conduct evaluations and write treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

Support safe mobility and participation in the school environment
Requirements:

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
-
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
