Adecco Staffing is assisting a state-of-the-art facility in Devens MA in sourcing for Sputtering Product Operators on 1st shift! This is a CONTRACT role, with a possibility of a permanent position.
Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hr DOE
Role and Responsibilities

Ability to process various controlled material
-
Ability to learn to run our sputtering system and use film measurement equipment

Ability to respond to SPC through corrective action or problem escalation

Ability to operate automated equipment, to use manual hand and power tools

Ability to read, interpret and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assembly instructions

Ability to complete manufacturing documentation as required in the course of work

Ability to upload WIP into MES using barcode and keyboard entries
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
1-5 years of experience within a manufacturing sputtering position; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred

High degree of manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

Ability to perform computer transactions accurately

Team player with a positive communication style

Must be able to stand, sit, twist, reach and perform repetitive motions

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
