Responsibilities

• Design and manage JotForm forms for client onboarding, data collection, and internal workflows

• Create AI-powered animations and content for marketing, training, and client engagement

• Build and manage JSON APIs for system integrations and data automation

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, AI tools, and workflow solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements

• Experience with JotForm, form creation, and workflow automation

• Proficiency in AI tools for animations, content generation, or process automation

• Strong understanding of JSON, API integrations, and basic programming

• Tech-savvy with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Prior experience in insurance or business operations is a plus but not required
