Our client, an elite law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work on a dynamic mix of probate and commercial litigation matters, providing hands-on support across the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Probate Litigation practice areas.
You will support attorneys through all stages of litigation, assisting with case management, document preparation, discovery, and trial support. You will organize case files, review and analyze documents, prepare correspondence, and help manage deadlines and court filings.
Prior experience in probate or trust & estates and commercial litigation is highly preferred.
