Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Boston-based K-12 school is seeking two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide behavior specialist services under a contract lasting three months, from the end of August through November. These roles offer a consistent schedule from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM aligned with the school calendar, suitable for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact within the academic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement behavior strategies effectively
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Current BCBA licensure required
- Experience supervising RBTs is highly preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
