Pharmacist position at Nantucket Cottage Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system.
Shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with weekend requirements.

MA Pharmacy license required.
Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
Both NURSYS and BON are required for nursing licenses (note: may not apply to pharmacist but included in original).
Documentation of immunizations including MMR, Influenza Vaccine (required during flu season Sept 15th - April 30th), TB Test within 3 months of start date, Health Statement within 365 days of start date.
Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test required.
2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in skillset required for submission.
MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
Education Verification required.
MGB SSN Trace required.
MGB National Sex Offender Check required.
MGB Exclusion Checks required.
MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.

Shared housing provided at no cost.
MGB Color Vision test required within 365 days of start.
MGB Nantucket Housing Agreement required upon hire if staying in NCH housing.
MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training must be completed, no exceptions, does not expire.
Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccines or two MMR vaccines or proof of immunity via blood test.
Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity or declination.
Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD, updated annually.
