Pride Health is seeking Physical Therapy Assistant to join a team in Hyde Park, MA 02136. This is a 3-months contract with a possible extension. Locals and Travelers accepted!

Job Description:

· Provides physical therapy treatment procedures under the direct, on-premise supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

· Delivers direct interventions including gait training, therapeutic exercises, and modalities in both individual and group settings.

· Treats patients in various hospital settings, including the ambulatory network.

· Evaluates patient responses and documents progress; instructs patients and families in home programs.

· Coordinates care with hospital and community providers, including tracking medical equipment.

· Maintains a clean and organized therapy gym and treatment area.

· Participates in departmental planning, inservices, and mentorship opportunities.

Required:

  • 1yr+ PTA experience
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • MA State PTA License
  • BLS Certification
  • PTA Outpatient Hospital experience preferred.

Additional Information

Location: Hyde Park, MA 02136
Schedule: Shift: Days - M – 8-4:30, T – 10:30-7, W – 8-4:30, Th – 10:30 - 7, F - 8-4:30
Contract Length: 3 months

Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (Local)

Travel Gross weekly: $1,500 (Candidate must live 50 miles away)

W2 hourly (Taxable): $16

Stipend weekly (Non Taxable)- $860.00

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
