\n• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
\n
\n• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
\n
\n• Participates in patient and family teaching
\n
\n• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
\n
\nEMR: Cerner
\nNurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
\nAverage daily patient census: 22
\n
\nRequested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
\nFor Holiday Coverage, Travelers are REQUIRED to work
\nTWO of the following:
\nThanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
\nChristmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
\nNew Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after
\nNOTE - Extensions that are requested to END in
\nNovember or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an
\nextension at the beginning of 2026

\nLocal Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.
\n
\nThis is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
