 Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This per diem role offers flexibility and competitive per-visit pay. Responsibilities

<li>Deliver therapy services per PT plan of care</li>
<li>Document patient progress accurately and timely</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with PTs, patients, and care team</li>
<li>Follow all clinical, safety, and ethical standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Active PTA license</li>
<li>Strong communication and time-management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Reliable transportation (if home health)</li>
<li>Home health experience a plus</li>
</ul>
