Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support within a K-12 school setting in North Adams, MA. The role involves delivering speech and language services to a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Complete compensatory services as required, with flexibility for part-time hours outside the standard school day if needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working within school settings, particularly K-12
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy approaches accordingly
  • Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours to accommodate service completion needs

Contract Length:

  • Contract for the current school year (CSY)
