Position Details:

  • Flexible Work Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available until 6 PM!
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn between $85,000-$100,000 per year, including base salary and monthly bonuses!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland).
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based, culturally sensitive goals for home, community, and center-based programs.
  • Design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Implement behavior data collection systems to ensure regular evaluation of behavior plans and goals.
  • Train and support behavior therapists in the implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs.
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation as per prescribed plans.
  • Complete re-assessments and write reports in accordance with insurance guidelines.
  • Participate in regular clinical meetings.
  • Commit to 28 hours of patient care each week.
  • Document services in a timely manner.
  • Supervise RBTs as a qualified Behavior Analyst.
  • Stay current with research and evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct competency assessments for RBTs per policy timelines.
  • Deliver services via telehealth when necessary.
  • Maintain an accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators.
  • Complete all mandatory in-house trainings within policy timelines.
  • Ensure accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system.
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's ethical compliance code.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • Hold at least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with one year of experience working with children on the spectrum.
