Responsibilities

  • Inspect and prep new vehicles’ safety, electrical, and mechanical components prior to customer delivery by our sales team.
  • Check new vehicle fluid level, tire inflation, and lighting operation.
  • Remove any manufacturer protective films and wrapping.
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Installation of any customer-specific add-ons.
  • Track all parts and materials used in repairs and/or replacements, and document per protocol.
  • Ensure that the final product meets quality standards.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • No experience required!
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
