Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available to support one student within a K-12 school setting. This contract role offers 1 to 3 hours of work per week during the current school year. The position is based out of a district location in Plymouth, NH, while associated with the broader regional school district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the individual needs of one student on the caseload.
- Collaborate with educational staff to align therapy goals with academic objectives.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Participate in meetings and maintain clear communication with school personnel and families.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and relevant therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to develop individualized plans and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
