We are currently hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a part-time, on-site role based in North Adams, MA. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver responsive, state-of-the-art respiratory services in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across Emergency and Med/Surg units.
Position Highlights:
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule: Includes rotating weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy in emergency and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to implement individualized patient care plans
- Support unit readiness and assist with emergency department procedures as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program at the registry level
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL)
- CPR Certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to accommodate rotating weekends and holiday shifts
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a Staff Therapist (new grads welcome!)
