Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Trusts and Estates Attorney in Worcester, MA (Hybrid)An established firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Trusts and Estates Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This Attorney will have deep experience in all aspects of Trusts and Estates, including estate planning, probate administration, and related tax matters. While a portable book of business is preferred, it is not required. The position is ideally based in the Worcester office, but the Boston office is also an option for the right candidate.Offer:

- The candidate must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in good standing. - The candidate must have at least ten years of experience handling complex Trusts and Estates matters. - The candidate should demonstrate strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage matters independently. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills are required. Responsibilities:
- The Attorney will advise clients on estate planning strategies, draft wills, trusts, and related documents, and handle probate and trust administration. - The Attorney will provide guidance on tax implications and compliance issues related to estate planning. - The Attorney will maintain high standards of client service and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.
