Position Details:

Hourly Rate: $21.00

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (2nd Shift)

Type: Temp-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
-
Operate machines (press, braid winding, lathe, crimping) and perform quality checks.

Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.

Maintain inventory, identify defects, and report them.
-
Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience in machine operation and basic blueprint reading.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
-
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work independently.

Ability to speak and understand English, with basic reading and math skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands:
-
Lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
-
Work in noisy, dusty, and greasy environments.
-
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, and bend up to 25% of the time.
-
Near and far vision required, hearing aids permitted.
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
