Job Details

<li>Seeking CRNAs to provide ongoing locums coverage at multispecialty facility in Vermont starting January 2025.</li>
<li>Schedule Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Day shift 7a-3p</li>
<li>Late Room: 7a-5p</li>
<li>Call shifts3p-7a
<ul>
<li>Call scheduled approx 1 per week</li>
<li>Response Time: 30 mins</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>EMR System: Medaxion</li>
<li>5 providers scheduled during the day
<ul>
<li>Supervision: Yes - 60%</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>5 ORs</li>
<li>Level 3 Trauma Center</li>
<li>Procedures Required:
<ul>
<li>General, Endo, OBGYN (~380 deliveries/year, C-sections and VBACs), Peds, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics</li>
<li>Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Credentialingtimeline: ~60-90 days
<ul>
<li>Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE with clear background/malpractice history and an active, unrestricted license</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED</li>
<li>VT Active license - REQUIRED</li>
<li>DEA - REQUIRED</li>
<li>ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA) - REQUIRED</li>
<li>Caselogs of epidurals, spinals, blocks - REQUIRED</li>
