Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN for a travel job in Lyndon, Vermont.
Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, document, and report patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Assist with ADLs, assessments, wound care, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
- Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in state of assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience (LTC/Acute/Relevant specialty).
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
