Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is ideal for a certified Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ready to support a K-12 school environment. The role focuses on providing behavioral support to 4th-6th grade students within a full-semester contract running from ASAP through June 17, 2026. Located in Manchester, NH, this position operates Monday through Friday, with a caseload dedicated to serving students with special education needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to students in grades 4-6.
- Collaborate closely with school staff to implement individualized behavioral strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress with educators and families.
- Adapt flexibly to classroom changes and student needs throughout the school day.
- Uphold all district policies, including mandatory fingerprinting and onboarding procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current ABA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required at the time of application.
- Prior school-based experience working with children in special education settings.
- Proven comfort and skill working with SPED populations.
- At least one completed professional reference related to the field.
- Reliable transportation to the school location.
- Ability to successfully complete district and agency onboarding requirements.
