- Facility: Farnum Rehabilitation Center – Main Hospital\n
- Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract\n
- Start Date: January 19, 2026\n
- End Date: April 20, 2026\n
- Duration: 13 weeks\n
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)\n
- Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed\n
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation\n
- Float Requirement: Willingness to float to different units (float position begins mid-February)\n
- Transportation: Personal vehicle required (no public transportation or rideshare available)\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire\n
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience\n
- Charge RN experience required\n
- Clinical experience with Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cardiac Rehab, Trauma, and other serious injuries\n
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR\n
- Ability to float to various hospital units\n
- Travel nurses must have their own vehicle\n
- Permanent address required in application profile\n
- Submit all requested time off (RTO) with application (maximum 5 days)\n
- Complete all compliance items within 5 days of offer acceptance\n
- Note: Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible\n
\n\nMed/Surg RN Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide high-quality patient care in Med/Surg and Rehabilitation units\n
- Fulfill charge nurse duties as needed\n
- Care for patients with complex medical conditions including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, cardiac rehab, and trauma\n
- Float to different units based on facility needs\n
- Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR\n
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations\n
