Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Countertop Assembler to join our fabrication team. The assembler is responsible for assembling, bonding, and finishing countertop products according to shop drawings and specifications. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality workmanship before products are sent for installation or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble countertops using various materials (laminate, solid surface, quartz, etc.)
• Cut, trim, and fit components to precise measurements
• Install edge banding, backsplashes, and sink cutouts
• Sand and finish surfaces to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and cut lists
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed products for defects and quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all shop safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in fabrication, woodworking, or countertop assembly (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
• Comfortable using saws, routers, sanders, and other power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Team player with good communication skills
