  • Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week: 36\n
  • Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday coverage required (must work two major holidays or associated weekends)\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

    \n
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire\n
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required)\n
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry nursing\n
  • Proficient in cardiac monitoring and basic dysrhythmia interpretation\n
  • Ability to work independently in a small, rural healthcare facility\n
  • Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred\n
  • Experience in rural or small facility healthcare settings preferred\n
  • Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)\n
  • Permanent address must be included in your application profile\n
  • Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application (maximum 5 days for 13-week assignment)\n
  • Facility will not consider candidates residing within 50 miles of Claremont, NH\n

\n\nTravel Nurse Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse population (newborn through geriatric) in a PCU/Med-Surg setting\n
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes\n
  • Manage a patient load of 5:1 (lower ratios for higher acuity PCU patients)\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in a timely manner\n
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rural hospital environment\n
  • Adhere to facility policies, including dress code (personal scrubs of any color permitted)\n
