We are looking for an experienced SAP BPC Administrator to join our Corporate Accounting team on a remote basis for 3-6 months. In this role, you will manage and support the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) system to ensure optimal performance and functionality for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system capabilities and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the SAP BPC system to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve data integration and streamline reporting workflows.
• Monitor system updates and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with SAP support as needed.
• Ensure the system complies with financial reporting standards and internal control requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in SAP BPC functionalities and best practices.
• Assist with the configuration of SAP BPC, including script logic and data manager packages, to meet business requirements.
• Support the integration of SAP BPC with other SAP tools, such as SAP BW and SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop advanced Excel tools, including VBA and Pivot Tables, to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BPC administration or financial systems management.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP BPC, including script logic and data management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and system integrations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and Pivot Tables.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address technical and functional challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
