We’re looking for a Lead Aircraft Detailer to head up a high-performing crew and ensure every aircraft we touch reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is hard-working, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to following procedures that keep our team safe and our clients impressed. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing onsite detailing jobs, supporting your Operations Manager, training new team members and helping maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of aircraft detailers on-site to complete detailing jobs efficiently and professionally

Deliver outstanding detailing services, including:

Exterior washing, waxing, and paint revitalization
-
Brightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot refurbishment
-
Full interior detail, leather care, carpet/upholstery extraction

Stain removal, sanitation of galley and lavatory
-

Assist with new team member training and help enforce safety protocols

Communicate with the Operations Manager to ensure job quality and crew performance

Represent the company professionally with clients and airport staff

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times

Occasionally travel for assignments (overnight accommodations provided by company)

Work flexible hours including evening and weekends, as needed

Follows procedures consistently—no shortcuts

Positive attitude and excellent customer interaction skills

Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Extensive experience working with hand tools and cleaning products

Physically able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and be on your feet for extended periods

Willingness to wear appropriate safety gear (steel-toe boots, gloves, eye protection)
Schedule:

Full-time (30 hours guaranteed)

Day shift – some weekend and evening availability required

Schedule may vary depending on aircraft arrival and customer needs
FAA Compliance:
This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Policy and be willing to undergo testing upon hire, and random thereafter.
