• Position: Mammography Technician
• Location: Newton, Massachusetts

• Employment Type: Long Term Assignment (LTA)

Job Requirements
• Licensure/certifications required: RTRM, ARRT and Massachusetts State licensures
• Must have primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
• MA Conditional Licenses not accepted

Additional Details
• MGB NWH Self-Study Orientation & Attestation required for onboarding
• Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually; no onsite fit testing available at most locations
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
• Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required
• MGB References: 2 recent references required, minimum 1 supervisor or above
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
• MGB Education Verification through background check company
• MGB SSN Trace and National Sex Offender Check required
• MGB Exclusion Checks required
• MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD, updated annually
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission
