LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to join their team.
This position is fully onsite. Law firm experience required.
Responsibilities:
· Managing daily functions of the firm
· Handling human resources including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees
· Acting as a liaison between the firm and an external PEO provider
· Working collaboratively with the internal finance team
· Overseeing the firm’s business functions
· Supervising professional staff
· Providing general administrative management support
Requirements:
· 3+ years of recent law firm administrator experience
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong leadership skills
· Ability to work well independently
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000-$150,000 per year depending on experience.
Benefit offerings include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and other benefits. Parking is included.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
