Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping people move and feel better. This role requires not only teaching high-quality Pilates sessions but also managing scheduling and communication with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Pilates sessions (private and small group) with attention to safety, form, and results
- Manage a Google Calendar with available booking slots, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Communicate professionally with clients via messaging and calls to confirm sessions, address needs, and maintain strong relationships
- Provide individualized modifications and encouragement to support client progress
- Contribute to the studio’s warm, supportive, and wellness-driven environment
Qualifications
Pilates certification (mat and/or equipment) required
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Professional, organized, and reliable in managing both sessions and client communications
- Comfort with technology tools (Google Calendar, messaging platforms, phone communication)
- Genuine passion for wellness, quality of life, and helping people achieve results
