Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position involves providing physical therapy services within a K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA, with additional in-home services provided in Andover. The role is a contract position lasting the current school year (CSY), focusing on delivering quality care to students requiring support.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy treatments to students within the K-12 school environment.
Provide in-home physical therapy services twice weekly, with sessions lasting 60 minutes each.
Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' physical development and educational progress.
Document therapy plans, progress notes, and maintain compliance with school and regulatory standards.
Adjust therapy approaches based on student needs and responses to treatment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant certifications.
Experience working within school systems, preferably in K-12 settings.
Ability to provide in-home physical therapy services effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to student-centered care tailored to individual needs.

Location:

Primary worksite in Cambridge, MA, with in-home services conducted in Andover, MA.
