Job Description
We are adding an Associate Attorney to our team to support our commercial real estate and corporate practice. We work with lenders, developers, and business owners across New England in transactions ranging from land acquisitions to multi-million-dollar construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be detail-focused and eager to build a long-term transactional law career. You want hands-on experience in real estate deals, loan closings, and entity work — not just memos and research. You are organized, comfortable speaking with clients, and able to keep multiple deadlines straight. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school with strong analytical abilities, excellent client service skills, and strong communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and entity formation materials.
- Assist with due diligence: title review, surveys, zoning, UCC searches.
- Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and clients.
- Support attorneys in commercial real estate, construction, and banking matters.
- Learn how to manage deals from start to finish.
Qualifications
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or awaiting results)
- Strong drafting, editing, and organizational skills.
- Interest in commercial real estate, corporate, or banking law
- Comfortable communicating with clients and third parties
- Able to manage multiple projects without losing details.
