Manufacturing Associate

1st Shift

$18/ hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on bench work involving small component assembly and packaging.
• Assemble products accurately based on work instructions and order details.
• Review job documentation to verify specifications such as attachments, style, quantity, color, and finish.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality.
• Operate basic packaging equipment as required.
• Load materials into equipment, monitor packaging processes, and complete final quality and quantity checks.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks with consistency throughout the workday.
• Maintain sustained visual focus during detailed assembly and inspection tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required by the role.
• Work is primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing, and reaching.
• Regular use of hands and arms to operate tools and equipment, including pushing, pulling, and grasping objects.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
