Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Remote (serving Massachusetts schools)
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Caseload: Pre-K through Grade 2

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students in grades PK2. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting a dedicated school team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive virtual experience who thrives in a collaborative, flexible, and student-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services in a virtual setting for students in PK2.

  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress in pliance with Massachusetts school-based requirements.

  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation for all services provided.

  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and other collaborative activities as needed.

  • Adapt therapy strategies and materials to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license (and CCC-SLP preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience in Massachusetts.

  • Proven virtual therapy experience and ability to independently manage online service delivery.

  • Strong understanding of the IEP process and pliance documentation.

  • Excellent organizational, munication, and technology skills.

  • Flexible, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and supporting colleagues.
