We are seeking a motivated BDC Agent to join Ford of Greenfield in Greenfield, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers to set appointments and answer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Set appointments for customers to visit our dealership
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
