Job DescriptionAttorney - Civil Defense Established (20+) Years Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Civil Litigation in Southborough, MAAn established firm based in Southborough with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with civil litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in complex litigation matters. Offer:
Salary range: $130,000-$160,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. The candidate should have a solid foundation in depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. A background in at least one of the following practice areas is preferred: employment law, construction litigation, torts, business litigation, or personal injury litigation. Candidates with interest in business development will find robust support through structured training and opportunities to independently grow a thriving practice. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters. The Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy. The Attorney will collaborate with the team to develop case strategies and deliver successful outcomes. The Attorney will engage in client communication and provide practical, business-driven solutions. The Attorney will participate in business development initiatives supported by the firm.
