- Ensure accurate component placement and soldering meets IPC guidelines.
- Recordquality findings, playing a vital role in product approval or rejection.
- Ensure products are up to date with engineering adjustments, managing correct procedures have been followed before shipping.
- Create a workstation that's as pristine and efficient as your work quality.

Your Skills and Knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of IPC 610 Standards for assembly, solder, and repair.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified in IPC-610 preferred.
- Ability to operate within pre-defined instructions while applying independent critical thinking.
Your Education and Experience Journey
With an Associate degree or equivalent experiences, alongside 2+ years working with IPC-610 standards, you are primed for success in this role.
