Retail / Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Retail / Warehouse Associate to join our South Easton team. This position involves a blend of light retail assistance, inventory management, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in our retail showroom with product selection and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organization of stock
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and well-organized
- Prepare equipment and medical supplies for delivery or patient pickup
- Occasionally deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes or facilities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in both warehouse and retail areas
- Perform other duties as assigned to support day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Prior retail, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
