Job DescriptionSenior Attorney/Partner - Employment Law Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Employment and Labor Partner Attorney in Boston, MAAn established firm based in Boston with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Employment and Labor Partner Attorney with extensive experience in complex labor and employment law matters to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with employment litigation and management counseling, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing employers in disputes and providing strategic advice. Offer:
Salary range: $300,000-$450,000+, depending on experience

The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Multiple State Bar admissions are a plus. The candidate must have strong employment litigation and management-side advisory experience witha proven track record representing employers in complex disputes. The candidate should have business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to develop new business. A portable book of business in the growth stage is preferred, but not required.The candidate must be willing to work collaboratively and cross-market with members in other practice areas. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will take and defend depositions on complex labor and employment matters. The Attorney will conceptualize and articulate pragmatic and creative counseling and advice to clients. The Attorney will review, analyze, negotiate, and draft employment contracts, termination agreements, settlement agreements, employment releases, labor contracts, and other related documentation. The Attorney will analyze and provide legal advice to a cross-functional team of lawyers in all practice areas. The Attorney will develop business through networking events, lunches, and social gatherings and create a marketing strategy designed to grow and expand their practice and client base.
