Long Term Care Pharmacist Hours

• Full time – 40 hours per week
• M–F, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm or 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (Full Time) - will be Shift Differential pay

Long Term Care Pharmacist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $64.27 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Long Term Care Pharmacist Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor patient medication usage and compliance.
• Ensure all prescriptions comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of prescriptions and patient information.
• Advise patients on correct medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Compound and prepare sterile medications according to proper procedures.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify and resolve drug-related issues.
• Manage inventory of medications and supplies to support continuous operations.

Long Term Care Pharmacist Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist in MA
