We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Nurse Manager to step into a leadership role within a busy Endoscopy unit. This is a high-impact opportunity for a confident leader who can take charge, support staff, and keep operations running smoothly from day one.

Assignment Details:
- Duration: 24 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Travel Pay: $3,162 weekly gross
- Local Pay: $75/hour (W2)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Endoscopy unit
- Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Support staffing, workflow, and team performance
- Jump in clinically when needed and keep the unit running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS (AHA) required
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Proven nurse manager or leadership experience
- Endoscopy experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead confidently and independently from day one
- Prior travel experience is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- PASS/FAIL EKG and medication exam required prior to acceptance
- Study materials provided
- Minimum score of 85% required
- Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be eligible
