• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call time)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state eligible\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or IMCU experience\n
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – American Heart Association\n
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – American Heart Association\n
• EPIC EMR experience required\n
• Ability to float between ICU and IMCU units\n
• Availability for the full travel nursing assignment; no holiday or other time off approved\n

\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate critical care to ICU and IMCU patients\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses\n
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans\n
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR\n
• Float between ICU and IMCU units as needed to support patient care\n
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards\n
