Physical Therapist (Outpatient)
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Location: Mansfield, MA
Salary Range: $80-95k (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Client's outpatient team. This position is ideal for new graduates, offering mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive environment to develop clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients
- through therapeutic exercises.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
