Position Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Floor Leader to oversee daily store operations and support the team in maintaining an efficient, organized, and customer-focused sales floor. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring tasks are completed, staff are directed effectively, and the store meets its operational goals each day.
Responsibilities:
· Direct staff on daily tasks and priorities
· Oversee sales floor organization, cleanliness, and restocking
· Support team members with customer service and product knowledge
· Ensure visual standards and displays are maintained
· Monitor workflow and assist in assigning duties as needed
· Communicate with management regarding any issues or needs
· Help train new employees on store procedures and expectations
· Ensure a positive and professional store environment
Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of retail experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
· Team-oriented and dependable
· Interest in uniforms, tactical gear, or public safety industry a plus
Schedule:
· Full-time/Part-time including some Saturdays
